The whole team is consistently really really good. Tat and Blaine have more knowledge than any other dealership to explain stuff. Riley and Luke are top notch mechanics diagnosing problem solving and fixing… usually with a few upgrades. None of them are trying to screw you over. They think out of the box knowing some aftermarket parts are a better option than the factory ones. Job finished same price that Tat quoted me. I towed a dead truck in on a trailer. The guys helped me get it off and into the yard. We’ve been dealing with Alpha with Ram and Gm one tonnes for our fleet for the past 5 years. Just added a Ford and WHEN it breaks it’ll be going to Alpha Diesel too. The 2020 Ram they’ve improved for me is far more reliable at 440000km than it was brand new off the lot

I was referred to Alpha Diesel by Dirty Diesel in Kelowna. I purchased parts from Dirty Diesel (another great place) as I was looking to do a DPF delete on my truck. I sent an inquiry email and they responded quickly and provided me with a detailed cost estimate. I dropped the truck off on the appointed day and got it back a couple days later and everything was top notch. I will use them again in the future and would recommend their shop anytime.

Took my truck in on the way through town and they took the time despite being busy. to help a guy out and swap a few parts onto the rig to get it back to new. Will definitely be back awesome shop for anything diesel related!

Ive used alpha twice now, both times I was in a pinch. Both times they were quick to assist with service on the phone, sourcing me parts from somewhere else in town when no one else had them. They stayed open 10 min late so i could bring my truck around for a quick diagnostic. Most recently, I had them ship a kit across canada as nowhere in canada had that part. I called at 11am, they had sourced and shipped the package by 2pm. Amazing place for diesel.

Brought my duramax to Alpha, they had a super crunched time limit to work with and smashed it out of the park, girls at the front where awesome to deal with, very impressed with the service all around.

Alpha fixed my issues with the diesel fuel filter system with ann upgrade to Fass filter and new sending unit to fix diesel fuel leaks

I was looking for a software upgrade for my F250 diesel, I had spoken with a numerous shops however I couldn’t find anyone with any real depth on the subject. I had a friend recommend Alpha Diesel & Automotive. I went to the shops to inquire as to what they had to offer. I spent the next 30 minutes talking with them. I explained what I was looking for, they listened carefully asked pertinent questions and made recommendations. I couldn’t have been happier with the recommendation and the work they performed. Everything operated exactly as they promised and at the quoted price. I would highly recommend this very professional and capable business.
