My wife and I were on a road trip from Vancouver to Banff when something caused diesel exhaust to permeate the cab of the truck. We were essentially stuck as there were no diesel repair shops in the Banff area. I contacted a diesel service shop in Calgary that was well recommended but they were not in a position to help for several days. I asked for a recommendation to another Diesel maintenance shop and they referred me to Alpha Diesel Automotive. I'm Glad they did.I called and spoke with Blaine. He indicated that they were also busy and may not be able to help but said he would speak with the manager and see what they could do. He promised to call me back. Good to his word he called back after an hour or so and said they had moved some things around and could look at the problem the following day. I had to drive to Calgary with the windows open and the heat off so we would not draw more exhaust into the truck. It was an uncomfortable hour and a half driving from Banff to Calgary but we made it relatively unscathed.Blaine and the staff at Alpha Diesel were extremely helpful and solved the problem the same day. It would have been impossible to drive back to Vancouver in winter conditions with the windows open and the heat off. I'm not sure what we would have done if it were not for the help provided by the team at Alpha. They saved our trip. I cant say enough about quality and prompt service. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone requiring diesel service.

I have a 2005 Silverado hd 2500 with a Duramax diesel. Some of the cylinders shut down while driving on the highway. Tatiana was able to get my truck in for diagnosticsImmediately. The tech identified that the truck only needed a new pig tail for the injector harness to get the running again. I was very pleased with the prompt service and the ability to do the job in a timely manor. I decided to let them replace the glow plugs, since the truck had been driven for 440 000 km. I was pleasantly surprised how great the engine is running after the repaire was done and that the final bill was slightly less than there quoted cost. Thank you, Wolfgang Dauter.

The service was good, the staff are friendly and accommodating. The techs are very helpful and knowledgeable. The work they did on my truck was clean, done in a timely manner with no issues afterwards. Immediately after picking up the truck I had to do an 8 hour drive home and the truck has never run better. This shop came recommended to me by a mechanic coworker, and it was definitely worth the 8 hour drive to have them do the work I needed.

Tatyana and the Alpha have always given great service and knowledge. After ongoing emissions and egr problems on my ‘23 ram their tech finally cracked the Ecm and truck is deleted and new exhaust and has come to life. I have not taken it out on the highway but my city mileage has gone up considerably. Couldn’t be happier, Alpha is the best diesel shop period!!!!

Long overdue review I had a motor swap done maybe just over a month ago and they where very accommodating staff as I had to leave vehicle there for long time. work done in good time as took me a while to deliver them new motor. Only minor thing was one part was replaced that was not needed and and had to bring to a different shop to figure out that I needed a new alternator and had to do my self and maybe a few hours charged to many. but was very not common motor so understandable.and also they awesome how ripped everything out that was in way and not needed.much easier for me work on motor as I blew a cooler line recently and had to replace and was very easy and they did a clean engine swap.2017 GMC Canyon 2.8 duramax 220kkk

Iv been battling with my 2013 dodge diesel ever since I deleted it. Almost $30000 invested last year into th truck. Took it to Alpha Diesel an Riley figured it was th programmer I had. Installed a new program an now my truck runs amazing !! Can't believe in 2 yrs an several different shops couldn't figure it out. Riley was amazing!
