Took my truck in on the way through town and they took the time despite being busy. to help a guy out and swap a few parts onto the rig to get it back to new. Will definitely be back awesome shop for anything diesel related!

I want to share a review specifically for Samantha and the team who helped us when everything seemed impossible and my husband was 6 hours from home. It was so amazing to talk to a real person who was both empathetic to our situation and pragmatic, coming up with a plan of action right away. That you so much!

Ive used alpha twice now, both times I was in a pinch. Both times they were quick to assist with service on the phone, sourcing me parts from somewhere else in town when no one else had them. They stayed open 10 min late so i could bring my truck around for a quick diagnostic. Most recently, I had them ship a kit across canada as nowhere in canada had that part. I called at 11am, they had sourced and shipped the package by 2pm. Amazing place for diesel.

Could not have had a better experience the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and honest and thats hard to come by !!! I would recommend this shop to everyone and will continue to use their services in the future

Great staff got everything done very quickly and professionally, I was always updated by the front staff about the progress of the truck and how long it’s gonna take to finish and was done on time like they said. Love work they do totally recommend

Brought my duramax to Alpha, they had a super crunched time limit to work with and smashed it out of the park, girls at the front where awesome to deal with, very impressed with the service all around.

Alpha fixed my issues with the diesel fuel filter system with ann upgrade to Fass filter and new sending unit to fix diesel fuel leaks

I was looking for a software upgrade for my F250 diesel, I had spoken with a numerous shops however I couldn’t find anyone with any real depth on the subject. I had a friend recommend Alpha Diesel & Automotive. I went to the shops to inquire as to what they had to offer. I spent the next 30 minutes talking with them. I explained what I was looking for, they listened carefully asked pertinent questions and made recommendations. I couldn’t have been happier with the recommendation and the work they performed. Everything operated exactly as they promised and at the quoted price. I would highly recommend this very professional and capable business.

Tried everything to get my lights working. Dropped off my truck and had it back in record time for a great price. Before my scheduled appointment.

I’ve tried a few other places like Dagger and Radical Diesle and had terrible experiences. Loved the automated quoting system and reminders. Really appreciated the updates and check ins by the staff.

I had a lot of problems with the truck and that required a lot of work. It wasn't cheap but I felt in the end that it was fair.

I’m now a new customer and have no reason to try anywhere else.
